Concierge Home Care in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a dedicated home health clinical team and ensure high-quality, compliant patient care. This Monday–Friday office-based leadership role offers growth and quarterly bonuses in a dynamic, expanding organization.

You will oversee clinical operations, mentor staff, review documentation for Medicare compliance, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar.
• At least 1 year of skilled home health with OASIS proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.

Responsabilités

Your Role as Clinical Manager (RN)

As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee clinical operations and ensure patients receive high-quality, compliant home health services.

Responsibilities include :

• Supervising and supporting home health clinical staff
• Reviewing documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance
• Monitoring quality of care and patient outcomes
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Coaching clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence
• Ensuring agency policies and standards are consistently followed

Schedule

Monday-Friday leadership role (primarily office-based)

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
• Minimum 1 yearRN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations
