Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Florida seeks an RN Clinical Manager to lead a dedicated home health team, ensure compliant operations, and deliver high-quality patient care.

You will supervise clinicians, review documentation for Medicare compliance, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER).
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting home health clinical staff.
• Reviewing documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance.
• Monitoring quality of care and patient outcomes.

Your Role as Clinical Manager (RN)

Schedule

Monday–Friday leadership role (primarily office-based)
