Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Sarasota seeks a Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee operations, supervise frontline clinicians, and ensure Medicare-compliant, high-quality home health services.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with physicians, leverage AI documentation tools and WellSky EMR, and drive quality outcomes while supporting leadership growth.

Office-based, Monday–Friday with opportunities for advancement and competitive compensation including bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license active and unencumbered.
• At least 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar).
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to support clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality, compliant home health services.
• Supervise and support home health clinical staff.

Your Role as Clinical Manager (RN)

As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee clinical operations and ensure patients receive high-quality, compliant home health services.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting home health clinical staff
• Reviewing documentation to ensureMedicare and regulatory compliance
• Monitoring quality of care and patient outcomes
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Coaching clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence
• Ensuring agency policies and standards are consistently followed

Schedule

Monday–Friday leadership role (primarily office-based)
