Job summary

CareStar, Inc. seeks a Clinical Manager to lead the SRS program in Franklin County and surrounding areas, assessing needs, crafting care plans, and coordinating services with a field-focused, mission-driven team.

Ideal candidates hold an active LSW/LISW or RN license, CCM within one year, a degree in health-related field or business, and 3+ years in home and community-based services with strong data skills.

Qualifications

• Current license as LSW, LISW, or RN.
• CCM certification within 1 year of starting.
• 3+ years in home and community-based services environment.
• Experience in data analysis and financial analysis desirable.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Clinical Supervisors and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure orientation for new clinical staff.
• Oversee high-risk cases and advise administration.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and meetings.
• Manage billing submissions and documentation.
• Attend program, community, and state meetings.
