BAYADA Home Health Care in Willow Grove, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join as a part-time Clinical Manager with a focus on clinical education, staff training, and competency development.

This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys teaching and mentoring caregivers to build skills and confidence in delivering exceptional client care. BAYADA offers education-driven growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and deliver annual education and competency assessments for staff.
• Facilitate quarterly dementia education and training.
• Provide lab skills training and clinical education for home health aides (HHAs).
• Conduct initial and ongoing competency assessments for new and existing staff.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and support staff development.
• Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and education to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.
• Conduct client assessments and develop care plans as needed.

What You’ll Do
