Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Philadelphia, PA Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. In this role, you will lead a team of nurses, conduct clinical assessments at clients' homes across Philadelphia County, and develop care plans to ensure exceptional care for adults receiving services.

You will supervise and mentor staff, coordinate onboarding for new nurses, and contribute to ongoing education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Medical-surgical experience required.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Philadelphia, PA Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. Our team provides best-in-class care to adult clients throughout Philadelphia County.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:
