BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse to step into a Clinical Manager (RN) role overseeing in-home adult care. You will mentor field and office staff, conduct field assessments, and shape individualized care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The position emphasizes leadership, staff development, and program oversight in a validating, nationally recognized home health organization. Mon–Fri schedule with comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required.
• Experience with adult clients preferred.
• Home health or home care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Clinical Manager (RN) – Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bethlehem, PA office as a Clinical Manager. This office provides exceptional in-home care services to adult clients throughout the community.

As a Clinical Manager, you will help ensure the delivery of high-quality care while mentoring and developing a team of dedicated nurses.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:

• Lead, inspire, and support clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits in the field

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

• Previous home care or home health experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation required
