Job summary

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager of Nursing Administration to provide operational and clinical leadership for key nursing support services, including staffing, case management, and respiratory therapy.

You will partner with nursing, medical staff, and leadership to strengthen processes, ensure regulatory readiness, and drive quality improvement while guiding staffing and resource allocation to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license in good standing required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one year ICU and/or emergency nursing experience.
• Minimum of three years acute care nursing experience.
• Minimum of two years progressive nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with staffing, patient flow, care coordination, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Working knowledge of CMS Conditions of Participation and DNV accreditation standards.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and clinical leadership for nursing support services.
• Lead staffing, patient flow, care coordination, and regulatory readiness.
• Drive quality improvement and performance monitoring across units.
