Colorado Women’s Center in Broomfield, CO, is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead a clinical team and own clinical quality while building therapist development and team performance at one of Colorado’s fastest-growing private-pay practices.

This hybrid clinician-leader role carries a caseload of 15 sessions a week and reports to the Director of Clinical Teams, with a clear path to Clinical Director as the practice grows.

Competenze

• Graduate degree in a counseling-related field (PhD, PsyD, or master’s).
• Active Colorado license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience after independent licensure.
• At least 1 year of clinical supervision experience.
• Demonstrated management or team leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical supervision to therapists at the Broomfield location.
• Provide individual and couples counseling to CWC clients.
• Conduct ongoing clinical performance reviews for clinical staff.
• Lead clinical staff development, including training and mentorship.
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and processes.
