Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling/psychology/social work and Colorado licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience providing behavioral health services.
• Experience supervising interns/staff and leading clinical initiatives preferred.
• Experience in leadership, program development, and quality improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regularly scheduled clinical supervision to assigned clinicians.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and provide therapy.
• Lead quality improvement and regulatory/compliance activities.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Participate in leadership meetings, staff development, and program development.
