Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center in Broomfield seeks a Clinical Manager to lead the clinical team, own quality measures, and guide therapist development. You will supervise therapists, provide direct client care, and drive performance across the Broomfield location.

You’ll balance a 15-session caseload with leadership responsibilities, report to the Director of Clinical Teams, and collaborate with peers from other locations to uphold a mission-driven culture and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a counseling-related field (PhD, PsyD, or master’s).
• Active Colorado license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience after independent licensure.
• At least 1 year of clinical supervision experience.
• Demonstrated management or team leadership experience.
• Preferred: ACS or equivalent certification.
• Preferred: Couples counseling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to therapists at the Broomfield location.
• Provide individual and couples counseling to CWC clients.
• Conduct ongoing clinical performance reviews for clinical staff and step in when needed.
• Lead clinical staff development, including training, mentorship, and professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and organizational processes.
• Collaborate with fellow Clinical Managers, Directors, and the Director of Clinical Teams on practice-wide initiatives.
• Help hire, interview, and onboard new therapists.
• Attend and facilitate clinical team meetings.
• Uphold CWC culture, mission, and values at the Broomfield center.
