Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead the inpatient counseling team at our Denver, CO location. You will supervise staff, refine the counseling model, ensure quality care, and partner with leadership to align services with the mission.

The role requires a graduate degree in mental health, an active license in the state, and 5+ years of experience with mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma. Colorado RCCF experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health or related field.
• Active LCSW, LPC, LMHC or similar licensure in state where assigned.
• 5+ years of working with mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma related disorders.
• An understanding of clinical treatment of mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma related disorders.
• If working at an eating disorder location, must have 5+ years of experience working specifically with eating disorders as well as an understanding of the clinical treatment of such disorders.
• Teammates working in a Colorado Residential Child Care facility (RCCF) in a supervisory role must have a college degree as well as a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a childcare setting.
• Teammates working in a Colorado Residential Child Care facility (RCCF) must be at least 21 years of age (or 18 with supervision).

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for counseling services, including defining and refining the counseling service model and strategy, supervising and managing staff, identifying and coordinating with community resources as appropriate, and tracking and monitoring service implementation to ensure high-quality, relevant, patient-centered service delivery aligned with mission and goals.
• Provides leadership of clinical team to maximize coordination and collaboration among staff, troubleshoot challenges, and identify and implement new services strategies, community partnerships or resource needs as appropriate.
• Identifies and implements strategy for assigning patients to counselors and monitors quality and levels of service provided.
• Oversees counselors' case file management and monthly tracking reports and submits summary reports to management as requested.
• Provides counseling and facilitates group activities as dictated by patient need and program expectations; completes case files and tracking reports for caseload.
• Recruits, trains and assists staff in setting individual goals and objectives; supports staff development and conducts performance appraisals.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and acts as a liaison to internal departments and the broader professional community.
• Develops and maintains clinical budgets and contributes toward strategic planning initiatives.
• Develops and implements training protocols.
