Overview

Job Summary: The MRZ Healthcare Center in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager for our Children's Behavioral Health program. The role involves providing clinical oversight and supervision for direct services and case management, including intake and assessment for clients and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and care to support clients' ongoing needs.
  • Supervise staff in utilizing resources for clients, including transition, discharge, and aftercare planning.
  • Develop and oversee programs aimed at expanding service continuum in collaboration with the clinical team.
  • Identify community trends and service gaps based on consumer needs.
  • Prepare reports such as Incident Reports, CPR referrals, QI/QM activities, performance audits, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with third-party agencies like CPS, Probation, Division of Developmental Disabilities, schools, and others.
  • Participate in committees related to Substance Abuse, Utilization Management, Safety, and Risk Management.
  • Implement agency policies, identify community service gaps, and work on special projects.
  • Facilitate CFT and MFT, discharge planning, and inter-agency coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in a human services field.
  • Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) by AZBBHE.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in behavioral health post-Master’s.
  • Ability to maintain licensing and DPS fingerprint clearance.
  • Management experience preferred.
