Overview

Job Summary: The West Valley Healthcare Center in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager for our Children's behavioral health program. The role involves providing clinical oversight and supervision for direct services and case management, including intake and assessment for clients and families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and care to support clients' ongoing needs.
• Supervise staff in utilizing resources for clients, including transition, discharge, and aftercare planning.
• Develop and oversee programs aimed at expanding services in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Identify community trends and service gaps based on consumer needs.
• Prepare reports such as Incident Reports, CPR referrals, QI/QM activities, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate services with third-party agencies like CPS, Probation, and schools.
• Participate in committees related to Substance Abuse, Utilization Management, Safety, and Risk Management.
• Implement agency policies, identify service gaps, and work on special projects.
• Facilitate CFT and MFT, discharge planning, and inter-agency coordination.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in a human services field.
• Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) by AZBBHE.
• At least 3 years of post-master’s experience in behavioral health.
• Maintain licensing and DPS fingerprint clearance.
• Management experience is highly preferred.
