Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital seeks an administrative nursing leader responsible for cost and finances, HR, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes across assigned departments. You will be part of the entity management team and Shared Governance, advancing patient-centered care.

The role includes succession planning, talent development, and supporting staff education to grow future nursing leaders. May assist in staffing to ensure clinical coverage for adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing Required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• 3 years of nursing experience in a hospital (inpatient) or clinical (outpatient) setting, including at least one year of leadership experience
• Demonstrated clinical competency in the specialty area applying for
• RN - Georgia licensure and/or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure Upon Hire
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire
