Blossom Center for Children in Houston seeks a Clinical Manager to lead clinical services and supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and case supervision. You will drive treatment quality, staff development, and strategic clinic initiatives to improve outcomes for children and families.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, program development, and collaboration with administrators to ensure efficient operations and adherence to Blossom’s standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and BCBA certification with strong leadership in ABA.
• Licensed in Texas (LBA) or eligible is preferred.
• Experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs in clinics.
• Proven ability to improve treatment quality and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical outcomes and maintain treatment standards.
• Supervise BCBAs and oversee ABA service delivery.
• Develop training and support for staff development.
• Lead intake, supervision, and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to optimize operations.
