Are you passionate about helping children with autism reach meaningful milestones while building a career where your clinical expertise is respected and supported?

Blossom Center for Children is seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Case Supervisor/BCBA to join our Houston team. In this role, you will design, maintain, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs while collaborating closely with children, families, technicians, and fellow clinical professionals.

At Blossom, we prioritize high-quality, child-centered care—and we believe exceptional care begins with supporting the professionals who provide it.

Why Choose Blossom?

Blossom Center for Children is proud to be an Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ)-accredited provider, reflecting our commitment to quality, accountability, and excellence in Applied Behavior Analysis services.

As a Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) member, we are also committed to advancing the field of ABA and providing our clinical team with the resources, training, and professional support needed to thrive.

What Sets Blossom Apart
  • Clinically Led and Privately Owned: Blossom was founded and is led by clinical expert Dr. Gia Koehne, who brings firsthand experience and a deep understanding of effective autism treatment.
  • Manageable Caseloads: We prioritize quality over quantity so our clinicians have the time and support needed to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
  • Monthly Treatment Goals: Our monthly goal structure provides greater flexibility than traditional weekly quotas, allowing clinicians to focus on meaningful outcomes without feeling overloaded.
  • Flexible Scheduling: We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexibility to create a schedule that supports both client needs and your personal responsibilities.
  • A Unique Treatment Approach: Our programs incorporate Dr. Koehne’s Milestones in Autism guide, a progressive treatment model designed to support meaningful and measurable client development.
  • Meaningful Bonus Opportunities: Your contributions are recognized through performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Free CEU Opportunities: Access continuing education opportunities designed to help you maintain your credentials, strengthen your clinical skills, and remain current in the field.
  • Individualized Development Plans: Work toward personalized, performance-based goals aligned with your strengths, interests, and long-term career aspirations.
  • Ongoing Professional Development: Receive access to workshops, advanced training, clinical resources, and opportunities to expand your expertise.
  • A Collaborative Clinical Culture: Join a knowledgeable and supportive team where your ideas, experience, and clinical judgment are valued.
