Job description

Are you an experienced BCBA who is ready to expand your impact beyond an individual caseload?

Blossom Center for Children is seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly motivated Clinical Manager to lead clinical services at one of our ABA therapy clinics. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys developing other BCBAs, strengthening treatment quality, and helping a clinic achieve meaningful outcomes for children and families.

As Clinical Manager, you will oversee the clinic’s ABA Case Supervisors and help ensure Blossom’s clinical standards, treatment philosophy, and commitment to quality are consistently reflected throughout service delivery. You will also collaborate with administrative and operational leaders to support an organized, engaged, and successful clinic.

Why Choose Blossom?

Blossom Center for Children is proud to be an Autism Commission on Quality (ACQ)-accredited provider, reflecting our commitment to quality, accountability, and excellence in Applied Behavior Analysis services.

As a Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) member, we are also committed to advancing the field of ABA and providing our clinical team with the resources, training, and professional support needed to thrive.

What Sets Blossom Apart
  • Clinically Led and Privately Owned: Blossom was founded and is led by clinical expert Dr. Gia Koehne, who brings firsthand experience and a deep understanding of effective autism treatment.
  • An Opportunity to Lead: Clinical Managers directly influence treatment quality, staff development, client outcomes, and the overall clinical culture of their assigned clinic.
  • Manageable Caseloads: We prioritize quality over quantity so our clinicians have the time and support needed to provide thoughtful, individualized care.
  • Monthly Treatment Goals: Our monthly goal structure provides greater flexibility than traditional weekly quotas and allows clinicians to focus on meaningful outcomes.
  • A Unique Treatment Approach: Our programs incorporate Dr. Koehne’s Milestones in Autism guide, a progressive treatment model designed to support meaningful and measurable client development.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with clinical, operational, and administrative leaders to improve services and support the success of the clinic.
  • Individualized Development Plans: Work toward personalized, performance-based goals aligned with your strengths and long-term leadership aspirations.
  • Professional Development Support: Access continuing education, advanced training, workshops, and resources designed to strengthen your clinical and leadership skills.
  • Meaningful Bonus Opportunities: Your leadership, productivity, and contributions are recognized through performance-based bonus opportunities.
