Job summary

Blossom Center for Children is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead clinical services at our ABA therapy clinic. You will supervise BCBAs, oversee ABA treatment delivery, and drive quality outcomes for children and families.

You will collaborate with administrative leaders to ensure organized, effective operations and contribute to staff development, trainings, and program growth in a clinic-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential.
• Completion of the required eight-hour ABA supervisor training course.
• Ability to complete Blossom’s supervisor training and other leadership trainings.
• Maintain BCBA, CPR, and First Aid credentials throughout employment.
• Ability to pass background checks and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic's ABA treatment services and supervise BCBAs.
• Ensure services align with Blossom’s mission and evidence-based practices.
• Lead clinician development and supervise RBTs and case supervisors.
• Collaborate with administrative and operational leaders to support clinic operations.
• Maintain audit-ready client records and assist with funder audits.
• Lead trainings and contribute to program development and new initiatives.
• Uphold confidentiality, ethics, and professional standards.
