Clinical Supervisor: The West Valley Behavioral Health Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead the Adult Mental Health Program. This role provides clinical oversight and supervision for all direct services to adult members, including intake, assessment, discharge, and aftercare planning.

The position involves clinical collaboration with third-party agencies such as the Probation/Parole Department, Division of Developmental Disabilities, Arizona Long Term Care, employers, and other providers.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a human services field.
• Independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) conferred by the AZBBHE.
• At least 3 years of post-Master’s experience in behavioral health.
• 2 years of management experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Ability to maintain licensing and DPS fingerprint clearance.
