Job summary

ACES (Comprehensive Educational Services) in Chandler, AZ, seeks an experienced ACES Clinical Manager, Treatment Initiation, to lead initial ABA assessments and set long-term treatment objectives for clients and families.

Under the Area Director, you will supervise BCBA staff, coordinate intake to treatment transitions, review care plans with families, and ensure proper utilization of hours during the first authorization period.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, social work or related field; BCBA certification or clinical license.
• 3+ years (5+ preferred) of BCBA supervision experience.
• 5+ years’ experience with ASD or other special needs (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background checks and clearance requirements.
• Ability to work in home, community, school, clinic, and related settings.

Responsibilities

• Provides timely and accurate ABA assessments in clinic, home, community, or telehealth.
• Utilizes evidence-based ABA assessment techniques.
• Transitions clients from intake to their treatment team and monitors hours during the first authorization period.
• Assists VP of Clinical Service Delivery and Assessment Coordinator with trainings.
• Reviews treatment overview with family and keeps the care team updated on status.
• Prepares and submits final ABA assessment reports using approved templates.
• Stays informed of ABA assessment techniques through trainings.
• Supports Clinical Director with challenging clinical cases to improve outcomes.
