Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead Behavioral Health Services, supervising counseling staff and coordinating care for individuals and families.
The role emphasizes administrative oversight, hands-on clinical work, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, evidence-based services. A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and LCSW/LCPC licensure are preferred.

The Clinical Manager leads and oversees Behavioral Health Services operations, supervising counseling staff, managing clinical and fiscal functions, providing direct therapeutic and case management services to individuals and families, coordinating multidisciplinary care, and fostering continuous professional growth and service excellence.

Preferred: MSW
Minimum: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology
Preferred: 5 years experience
Minimum: 3 Years 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals, youth and families Including Clinical Supervision

$68,530 - $83,760 / year
