Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of Behavioral Health Services and supervise staff.
• Carry a client case load and engage individuals, youth and families in therapy.
• Provide short and long-term case management and counseling, stabilization and support services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage in ongoing learning, training and skill development to improve performance.
