Job summary

Elegance Senior Living in Arkansas seeks a dedicated clinical caregiver to implement and monitor resident care plans, document changes, and communicate with the health-wellness leadership to ensure consistent quality of services.

You will provide hands-on care, assist with physician orders, maintain certifications, review MARs, and help safeguard regulatory compliance and resident safety while supporting a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Follows the resident care plan with a friendly and supportive approach.
• Documents changes in condition per local rules, regulations, and policies.
• Communicates with the Director of Health and Wellness as needed to ensure consistent quality services.
• Provides hands-on care and wellness tasks in support of the care plan; reviews plans to ensure alignment with resident needs.
• Assists with transcription of physicians' orders and reviews new orders.
• Maintains required certifications and completes ongoing trainings and accreditations.
• Assists with quality assurance and reports issues affecting quality to the Executive Director.
• Reviews MARs and Daily Report to ensure appropriate clinical interventions for residents on alert or acuity changes.
• Follows local, state, and federal rules including HIPAA, OSHA, and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
• Promotes safety, supports coworkers, and participates in investigating workplace injuries with management.
• Fosters teamwork and professional communication with residents, families, visitors, physicians, and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
