Baptist Health Arkansas in Little Rock is seeking an LPN Supervisor to lead nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, document admissions and resident data, and administer medications under physician orders.

You will implement the plan of care, report unusual findings promptly, maintain a safe environment, and respond to residents' needs. Must have an active LPN license and be able to work with independence.

Formación

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Maintains current knowledge and competency in geriatric nursing.
• Ability to work without close supervision and exercise independent judgment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee care provided by CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Document admissions and resident data accurately and timely.
• Administer medications according to physician orders and policy.
• Implement and adjust the plan of care as directed by the RN and physician.
• Maintain a clean, safe, therapeutic environment and respond promptly to resident needs.
