Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school and current LPN/RN license.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in line with nurse practice acts and regulations.
• Work with the Director of Nursing to guide care staff.
• Review and revise assessments and care plans at admission and as needed.
• Administer and document medications accurately per physicians' orders.
• Monitor residents' health and respond to condition changes promptly.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility tasks.
• Maintain timely documentation and communicate with families and physicians.
