Elegance Senior Living is seeking a dedicated care professional to support health and wellness by coordinating with the Director on resident needs and contributing to care plans. The role involves hands-on care and nursing tasks as required to maintain quality services for residents.

Responsibilities include transcription/review of physician orders, maintaining required certifications, and fostering teamwork across staff.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Director, Health and Wellness on resident needs on an as needed basis to ensure consistent quality services.
• Provide hands-on care and nursing tasks as required and in support of the resident’s care plan.
• Assist in transcription of physicians’ orders and the review of new physicians’ orders.
• Maintain the proper certifications required by local and state licensing agencies including ongoing in-service trainings, accreditations, coursework and certifications.
• Foster teamwork with co-workers, take initiative to overcome obstacles, support others beyond job responsibilities, and have a positive impact on co-workers and visitors.
• Seek out and perform other duties as assigned or needed.
