Qualifications

• Active, valid nursing license in the state of Arkansas (LPN or RN).
• Experience in senior resident services preferred.
• Experience in staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to check on each patient, assess well-being, and document issues.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed.
• Round with physicians as needed, providing patient-specific notes.
• Assist other nurses or nursing assistants to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Be a positive, supportive presence to aging residents.
