Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living is seeking an LPN or RN to deliver and coordinate resident care under the Director of Nursing. This role blends hands-on clinical duties with leadership responsibilities to ensure care plans meet physician orders, regulations, and resident goals.

You will supervise care staff, monitor medications, document care, and support safety, nutrition, and daily living activities. Strong communication with families and medical partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current state license (LPN or RN).
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred but new graduates welcome.
• Proficiency with digital tools and health records systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate resident care per physician orders and individualized plans.
• Administer and document medications following five rights and MAR processes.
• Supervise care staff, promote safety, and communicate with families and physicians.
• Review assessments and care plans at admission and with changes in condition.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in quality initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
