Qualifications

• Completion of Medical Assistant program or 2 years of verifiable MA experience.
• BLS certification within 45 days if not already held.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and room patients, obtain vitals, and document health information.
• Perform laboratory procedures with aseptic technique.
• Assist physicians with procedures such as pelvic exams and biopsies.
• Administer routine medications per orders or standing protocols.
• Coordinate referrals and tests; maintain clinic flow and patient communication.
• Handle basic clinical support tasks including phlebotomy and EKG as needed.
