• Ongoing assessments, documentation, and reporting of care plans.
• Administer medications and document regimes per physician orders.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices and prioritize patient needs.
• Serve as clinical resource for MOAs and cross-trained staff.
• Precept nursing students or new staff; participate in in-services.
