Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient’s physical and emotional needs and provide appropriate care.
• Perform initial assessment and collaborate with physician to develop plan of care.
• Document nursing interventions and communicate assessment and plan of care.
• Administer medications and document administration.
• Identify and implement infection control and safety practices.
• Coordinate with MOAs and other non-licensed staff.
• Serve as preceptor to nursing students or new staff when needed.
