Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and provide appropriate nursing care
• Develop care plans in collaboration with the physician
• Document nursing interventions and orders timely
• Administer and document medications
• Uphold infection control and safety practices
• Serve as clinical resource for MOAs and non-licensed staff
• Lead in-service trainings and protocol development
• Act as backup to Clinical Administrator when needed
• Cross-train for radiologic and laboratory tasks
