Job summary

Select Medical's Regency Hospitals division is seeking a OneSelect Clinical Liaison (RN/RT) in Orlando to guide referred patients through pre-admission and transfer processes.

You will coordinate with physicians, discharge planners and families, perform clinical assessments, counsel on care decisions, and remove payer-related barriers to access highly effective post-ICU care. Full-time, Mon-Fri 8-5 with on-call weekends.

Qualifications

• RN or RT license required or equivalent designation.
• Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients.
• Experience coordinating care plans and transfers with families and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for referred patients in pre-admission and coordinate care with clinical teams.
• Serve as a resource for healthcare professionals and foster relationships with facilities.
• Coordinate transfers and remove payer-related barriers to access post-ICU care.
