Job summary

Select Specialty – Regency Hospitals is seeking a Clinical Liaison to advocate for referred patients in the pre‑admission process. You will collaborate with clinical teams to assess patient needs, coordinate care plans with physicians and families, and facilitate transfers while removing barriers to accessing post‑ICU care.

This role demands strong clinical background and payer knowledge. Full‑time schedule Monday–Friday 8–5, with an extensive onboarding and training program and uncapped monthly

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) license.
• Consideration of other designations such as LPN, PT, OT, etc., upon further review.
• Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients.

Responsibilities

• Work with physicians, discharge planners, and patients’ families to plan the best continuum of care after an ICU or post-surgical stay, utilizing your strong clinical background, payer knowledge, and problem‑solving skills.
• Perform clinical assessments of referred patients and counsel families to assist them in making the best care decisions for their loved one.
• Partner with hospital case managers and physicians to create a smooth pre‑admission and transfer process by removing payer‑related and operational barriers for patients getting into our highly effective level of care.
