Job summary

Select Specialty/Regency Hospitals, a division of Select Medical, is seeking an OneSelect Clinical Liaison (RN or RT) in Orlando. You will guide patients through pre-admission, coordinate transfers and work with physicians and families to determine the best post-ICU care plan.

The role features Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM, rotating weekends, with an uncapped monthly bonus and extensive onboarding. Join a national network delivering high-quality post-ICU care.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN or RT license.
• Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients.
• We may consider other designations like LPN/PT/OT upon review.

Responsibilities

• Plan the continuum of care after ICU or post-surgical stay by using clinical background and payer knowledge.
• Counsel families to assist in care decisions for loved ones.
• Coordinate pre-admission and transfer processes with hospital case managers and physicians.
