Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Florida is seeking a Clinical Liaison (RN/RT) to advocate for referred patients during pre-admission and coordinate care plans with physicians, families, and clinical teams.

You will help facilities navigate payer requirements, address barriers to access post-ICU care, and support transfers from ICU or post-surgical stays. This full-time role includes extensive onboarding and a structured training program to develop payer knowledge and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN or RT license required or licenses in related designations considered.
• Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients.
• Payer knowledge and problem-solving skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan the continuum of care after ICU or post-surgical stay with physicians and families.
• Conduct clinical assessments of referred patients and counsel families.
• Collaborate with case managers and physicians to streamline pre-admission and transfer processes, removing barriers.
