Landmark Hospitals in Athens, GA is seeking a Clinical Liaison (RN, RT, PT, OT, SLP or Healthcare Sales) to grow referrals and coordinate admissions across Northeast Georgia. This full-time role Monday–Friday days focuses on building relationships with case managers, discharge planners, physicians and ICU teams, while acting as the clinical expert in the room.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, healthcare sales or business development.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to manage your own schedule and territory.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and the ability to travel by car throughout the market.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license: RN, LPN, RT, PT, PTA, OT, COTA or SLP (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and grow referral relationships with case managers, discharge planners, physicians, intensivists and ICU teams at hospitals across your market.
• Be the clinical expert in the room. Review patient records and assess whether a patient is a fit for LTACH, and explain the next steps clearly to referral sources, patients and families.
• Educate the market on LTACH benefits, Landmark’s programs and our outcomes through presentations, in-services and one-on-one meetings.
• Find new opportunities by researching market data, targeting new referral sources and building a territory plan with leadership.
• Coordinate admissions with the hospital team so referrals turn into timely admissions.
• Track your activity and results in our referral system and report on progress toward goals.
