Landmark Hospitals in Athens, GA is seeking a full-time Workers Comp Network Case Manager/Clinical Liaison to drive referrals and coordinate patient care in a network-focused role.

The ideal candidate will have clinical licensure, 1–3 years in Workers’ Comp case management, and strong sales/business development skills. Travel within the market is required, with a salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted clinical licensure such as RN, LPN, RT, PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP.
• 1–3 years of related experience in Workers Comp case management.
• Sales/Business Development strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Able to travel extensively within the market.

Responsibilities

• Drive patient referrals and admissions in the Athens market.
• Identify and increase market share through referrals, networking, and partnerships.
• Support comprehensive health needs via assessment, planning, and care coordination.
• Educate referring partners on services and benefits of LTACH placements.
• Initiate new client partnerships and cultivate relationships with referral sources.
