LeaderStat in Athens, GA seeks a Clinical Liaison to grow referral partnerships with physicians, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals, coordinating admissions and ensuring proper patient placement.

The role focuses on educating clinical staff about services and admission criteria while collaborating with admissions teams to support timely patient transitions and achieve referral targets.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active clinical license (RN, LPN, or Respiratory Therapist) preferred.
• At least one year of healthcare business development or clinical experience.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
