Job summary

Henry Ford Providence Hospital - Southfield is seeking a Clinical Liaison to help build referral relationships and coordinate intake for acute rehab admissions. The role involves on-site assessments, communication with patients and families, and collaboration with case management and payors.

Qualifications include licensure as RN/PT/OT/SLP/RRT and a bachelor’s degree. Prior marketing/sales and clinical experience are preferred, with familiarity in EMR systems and a valid driver’s license.

• Previous clinical experience required, with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems.
• Formal Sales Training preferred.

• Secures information relating to patients’ resources and benefits.
• Functions as initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities.

How You’ll Contribute

• Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the acute rehab unit
