Lifepoint Rehabilitation at Marion General Hospital seeks a Clinical Liaison to strengthen referral networks and guide admissions. The role supports intake, pre-admission screening, and on-site assessments to ensure appropriate patient placement and care pathways.
The successful candidate will coordinate with patients, families, case managers, and payors, leveraging EMR systems and clinical judgment to optimize admissions and discharge planning.
