Qualifications

• Clinical experience with standardized assessments.
• Strong knowledge of test development and data analysis.
• Experience translating evidence into product and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead research plans for new product development and revisions.
• Provide scientific leadership in clinical assessment domains.
• Define product scope and ensure alignment with customer and business needs.
• Lead item development, review, and evaluation using research and clinical expertise.
• Collaborate with psychometrics to interpret data and findings.
