Northwell Health is seeking a Clinical Lead RN for our Primary Care practice in Danbury, CT. The role coordinates staff, equipment and resources to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality patient care within a multi-specialty setting.

You will mentor clinical staff, manage schedules and collaborate with leadership to meet KPIs and improve patient satisfaction. The position requires an approved nursing program graduate, RN license and BLS.

Formación

• Graduate from approved nursing program.
• Three (3) years nursing experience.
• Prefer: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Graduate RN license valid in CT or NY based on Practice Location.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilidades

• Patient care duties: check-in, document chief complaint, vital signs, history, and allergies.
• Administer injections and medications as directed; prepare labs, paps, biopsies and requisitions.
• Coordinate follow-up care and communicate with patients, labs, imaging centers and pharmacies.
• Manage triage calls and support consistent documentation of dispositions.
• Monitor KPIs with Practice Leadership and engage in process improvements.
