Job summary

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid RN license in good standing.
• Ability to supervise nursing assistants and coordinate daily activities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with written policies and procedures.
• Coordinate shifts, services, and activities with staff and other departments.
• Administer and document nursing care as required by regulations.
• Complete medical forms, reports, and charting per policy.
• Report incidents and discharge planning as required.
• Maintain resident care plans and confidentiality.
