Job summary

Eau Claire County is seeking a Mental Health Professional to lead the CCS program within a multi-disciplinary team. The role focuses on clinical oversight, supervision, and ongoing program development for clients with mental health or substance use needs.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, 3,000 hours of paid experience with affected clients, licensure eligibility, and a valid driving record. County benefits include PTO, holidays, and Wisconsin Retirement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or human service-related field.
• Three thousand hours of paid experience with clients who have mental disorders or substance use disorders.
• Licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT or ability to obtain licensure within two months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and access to private transportation for work duties.
• Automobile insurance coverage of $100,000/$300,000.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight coordination, supervision, and program development for the CCS program.
• Lead case management and recovery services using the mental health and SUD recovery model.
• Maintain compliance with DHS and other applicable regulations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and provide outreach and advocacy for clients.
