Qualifications

• Oversees nursing services within households or unit per Salemtowne policies.
• Licensed RN or LPN in good standing with NC Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification required or ability to obtain.
• Participates in documentation and completion of MDS with multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates nursing staff and household team.
• Assesses and plans residents' physical condition when needed.
• Develops the nursing component of the resident's plan of care.
• Communicates with residents and their representatives to build positive relationships.
• Attends Neighborhood Council and Clinical Lead meetings.
