Job summary

Principle LTC is hiring a full-time RN/LPN to join our North Carolina facilities, delivering direct nursing care to residents. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and coordinate with physicians and therapists to support care plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Demonstrated clinical skills in medication administration, wound care, assessment, and care planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple residents’ needs, and maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care and adherence to infection control, safety, and quality standards.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, hospice, or rehabilitation care is preferred.
• BLS certification required; Advanced certifications (IV therapy, wound care) are a plus.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to support care plans and continuity of care.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately; maintain regulatory and facility standards.
• Educate residents and families, support a safe and respectful environment, and mentor care team members.
