Adventures With Autism (AWA) in Salem, Oregon, seeks a collaborative BCBA/Clinical Lead to oversee clinical services in our in-center ABA program. This role provides clinical leadership, supports Behavior Technicians, partners with families, and ensures individualized, assent-based, and data-driven care.

The ideal candidate will hold BCBA certification, a Master’s degree, and Oregon licensure, with experience in supervision, treatment planning, and ABA delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Current BCBA certification and Oregon licensure.
• Experience with clinical supervision, treatment planning, and ABA service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in in-center environment.
• Provide daily coaching and clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians.
• Develop and oversee assent-based, individualized behavior plans.
• Conduct scheduled on-site parent training sessions.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with professional standards.
• Promote ethical, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming practices.
