Job summary

Early Autism Services is seeking a Lead BCBA to oversee and expand our new center and home-based ABA services in East Portland, OR. This full-time role offers professional autonomy with support from clinical directors and a strong commitment to high-quality, data-driven treatment for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and license required where applicable.
• 2 years of experience with autism and ABA is required.
• Experience in supervising staff and supervising RBTs preferred.

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to staff with data-driven treatment.
